Jax Kar Wash- Long Lake

Very displeased. My girlfriend came home to her rear windshield wiper blade being ripped completely off after going through this wash. When asking Jax about the issue they deferred her to the sign stating they were not responsible for damages. Totally understand the "cover your butt" sign and all, but we will not be renewing our monthly membership at this car wash. We can't be sure if our car will be damaged or not again in the future! Think twice before going to this car wash, unless you would like to be paying for damages on your car!

What a horrible establishment. They clearly don’t care about the quality of their work or their customer service. The cashier and the person drying the cars showed more concern than the manager. Even they agreed with me, yet the manager (K.T.) didn’t acknowledge the issue or take any action. I told them about my concern before going through the car wash. I paid $15 plus tip for a car wash that didn’t even clean my car. I wish I could have given zero stars.

Just had a terrible experience here. The attendant who came out to try to upsell me on a more expensive wash or membership would not take no for an answer. I had to decline three times while he hovered in my car window telling me about how the cheapest wash wouldn’t really clean my car. Just not a good experience and would recommend others stay away.

Pushy borderline unprofessional staff at the self checkout kiosk trying to upsell me from a basic wash to a membership. Was asked two times why I didn't want the membership followed up by, "I would come to my senses when I sign up for the membership" even though I explained I just wanted a basic wash because I don't get my car washed very often. I live in the neighborhood close by and having to listen to the noise on top of this interaction wasn't great. After all that I was asked about pre-tipping even though there was no drying staff on duty since I was paying with a card. On top of all that this staff member informs me that they aren't supposed to be doing anything on the touch screen on my behalf! The initial power-washing staff had the equivalent of a squirt gun and only sprayed the driver's side. My car got washed for $11 but the rims are still dirty. Will not be back.

Not satisfied with this location at all. I paid my membership prior to coming here about 10 minutes, a team member named Jacks told me that it takes a few minutes to two hours for it to update. That’s ridiculous. Understandable though, no problem. I went to vacuum out my truck took about 30 minutes. Went back, let him know it had been about 45 minutes and he says “oh YOU’ER back?!” Very unpleasantly. Didn’t feel welcome, I guess he worked magic the second time around and they opened it for me and I’m getting it cleaned right now. The manager didn’t seem to care very much either and when they let me through they didn’t even speak to me or say anything. The bathroom was filthy, no clean towels to clean the inside of my vehicle and it’s 9:45 AM, not busy at all. Won’t be back to this location. Even the heavier set guy directing the cars in had a clear attitude when I was trying to ask him a question before my car got washed. 0/10, would not recommend. Definitely need a class on customer service.
